Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 13 June 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1988 Honda Civic, Registration No. UF3237.
Against: Natasha Burgess.
1996 Toyota Supra, Registration No. DRD775.
Against: Wayne Hewitt.
1999 Toyota Altezza, Registration No. DQN383.
Against: Allan Reeves.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4132) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
