Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Balclutha District Court
on 16 January 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1988 Mazda B2000, Registration No. NO708.
Against: Warren David John Pine.
1990 Holden Executive, Registration No. PS815.
Against: Wayne Robert William Graham.
1992 Ford Fairmont, Registration No. RK2218.
Against: David Charles Sonntag.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 419 0070) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
