Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby amend the notice of appointment of a commissioner for Bridge Pa School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 December 2005, No. 207, page 5268) and appoint
Carol Tipene
as commissioner.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of Bridge Pa School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
