Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Invercargill District Court
on 5 June 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1979 Holden Kingswood, Registration No. JJ5263.
Against: Glen Victor Collins.
1987 Nissan Bluebird, Registration No. NB2426.
Against: Catherine (Kathryn) Margaret Lee.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 211 0650) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
