Pursuant to section 36(1) of the Crown Entities Act 2004,
I remove
Roger Sutton
as member and deputy chair of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority, effective from 1 June 2007.
Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I reappoint
Roger Sutton
as member of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority.
Pursuant to clause 1, Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I appoint
Roger Sutton
as chair of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority.
Both appointments are for terms of three years commencing from 1 June 2007.
