Pursuant to section 9 of the Telecommunications Act 2001, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed
Ross Henry Patterson
as Telecommunications Commissioner and as a member of the Commerce Commission, pursuant to section 28(1) of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
Both appointments are for a term of five years commencing on 12 July 2007 and expiring on 11 July 2012.
