Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 23 May 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1985 Toyota Corona, Registration No. LZ8342.
Against: Jacob Christoffersen.
2000 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. BSP417.
Against: Kingsley James Hannah.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4132) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
