Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(ii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 11 October 2004, which was granted under those Regulations to Aroha Jean Paekau in respect of Te Roopu Rangatahi o Te Ao Marama (35067) (04C042), situated at Poihakena Marae, Wainui Road, Raglan.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
