Pursuant to section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and
to a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated
22 September 2004, I hereby give notice that John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Access and Services in the Ministry of Transport, has exercised the power conferred on him by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, to vary the terms of the scheduled international air service licence issued to Air China International to authorise the airline, as the marketing carrier in a code-share arrangement with a New Zealand operating carrier, to provide return services over the route points in China, optionally via intermediate points, to points in New Zealand and optionally to points beyond New Zealand with such capacity as is filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport.
This variation took effect on 25 May 2007.
