1. This is a notice of a public ruling made under section 91D of the Tax Administration Act 1994.
2. Public ruling BR Pub 07/03 entitled “Legal services provided to non-residents relating to transactions involving land in New Zealand” was issued on 22 May 2007. BR Pub 07/03 applies for a period beginning on
22 May 2007 and ending on 22 May 2010. It will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 19, No. 6 of July 2007.
