Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Taihape District Court
on 16 April 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1992 Subaru Legacy, Registration No. SH4385.
Against: Tarquinn Norman Theobald.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 388 1751) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
