Pursuant to clause 9(1) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby validate the irregularity in connection with the election of a staff representative for the Jean Batten Primary School Board of Trustees held on 29 March 2007.
This notice takes effect on the day of notification.
