Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 10 January 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1993 Mazda MS8, Registration No. ZZ1015.
Against: Levi Rikki Westrupp.
1998 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. CAN239.
Against: Kilisi Fidow.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4289) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
