Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 9 May 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1984 Mazda 323, Registration No. LL619.
Against: Brock Anthony Harris.
1989 Holden Calais, Registration No. OG4411.
Against: Bobby Joe Lyell.
1989 Toyota Corona, Registration No. OL1946.
Against: Robbie Don.
1991 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. XP2095.
Against: Erina Kate Staples.
2002 Subaru Impreza, Registration No. CSK18.
Against: Ryan Lewis Austin.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4132) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
