Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 April 2007, which was granted under those Regulations to Doreen Frame in respect of Waikato Institute Technology Childcare (34067), situated at Tristram Street, Hamilton Central, Hamilton.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
