Further to a notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 December 2006, No. 167, page 4845, and pursuant to section 87J(6)
of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 28, 29, 41 and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister
of Transport dated 12 October 2004, and a sub-delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 12 October 2004,
I give notice that having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has varied the scheduled international air service licence held by that airline to provide for the right to code-share via Sydney to Beijing and/or Shanghai with such capacity as filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport.
The variation took effect from 4 April 2007.
