Pursuant to section 29 of the Building Act 2004, I give notice that the Compliance Document H1 Energy Efficiency is proposed to be amended.
The Statement of Proposal is available from the national office of the Department of Building and Housing, Level 6, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
The Statement of Proposal may also be downloaded free of charge from the Department of Building and Housing website
