Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 94(2) of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003, that a Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal has found against the following motor vehicle traders:
MVD 86/06Decision No.: Ak. 21/07 Motoring Plus Limited Ordered that the trader is to pay the purchaser compensation of $610.31.
MVD 152/06Decision No.: Wn. 65/06 Chevron Quality Cars Limited Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader to pay the purchaser the sum of $1,607.27.
MVD 181/06Decision No.: Wn. 4/07 Carl Philips Autos Limited (trading as Wholesale Cars 2U) Ordered that the trader is to pay the purchaser compensation of $1,000.00.
MVD 192/06Decision No.: Wn. 5/07 City Cars Wanganui Ordered that the trader is to pay the purchaser compensation of $5,000.00.
MVD 236/06Decision No.: Ak. 2/07 Partagas Foundation Limited Ordered that the trader is to pay the purchaser capital payments of $1,098.35 plus cash deposit of $2,000.00 plus any refund on cancellation of insurance.
MVD 257/06Decision No.: Ak. 24/07 Saranga Minal Rodrigo (trading as Cars2Udirect) Ordered that the trader collect the vehicle from the purchaser. Trader to pay purchaser $1,950.00 plus compensation of $75.90.
MVD 2/07Decision No: Ak. 31/07 Your Motor Company Limited Ordered that the trader collect the vehicle from the purchaser. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser the sum of $1,000.00 plus any capital payments.
MVD 8/07Decision No.: Ak. 26/07 Glenn Bayly Motorcycles Limited (trading as MotoGB) Ordered that the trader is to pay the purchaser the sum of $1,250.00 plus compensation of $297.00 plus any capital payments.
