Market Licence
Pursuant to section 87U(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and
to a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated
22 September 2004, notice is given that, having received an application from Airwork Holdings Limited, of Auckland, New Zealand, John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Access & Services in the Ministry of Transport, has granted the airline an open aviation market licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights between
New Zealand and Australia, and between points in Australia for an indefinite term with effect from 30 April 2007.
