Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby amend the notice of appointment of a commissioner at Rosebank School (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 December 2004, No. 160, page 3979), and appoint
Judy Hucker
as commissioner.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Rosebank School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
