Pursuant to section 20(3) of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, I, Ruth Dyson, Minister of Labour, give notice that I have approved amendments to the 2001 edition of the Approved Code of Practice for Cranes, as set out in the revised Approved Code of Practice for Cranes published by the Department of Labour on 20 April 2007.
