Pursuant to section 95 of the Legal Services Act 2000, and section 28 and Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Justice has been pleased to appoint
Carole Beatrice Durbin, of Auckland
as chairperson of the Legal Services Agency Board for a term of three years on and from 26 March 2007.
