Pursuant to section 249 of the Education Act 1989 and section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I appoint
John Langley
as a member of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority Board.
This appointment will commence on 1 December 2006 and expire on 30 November 2009.
