Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 18 April 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1987 Nissan Terrano, Registration No. UA7289.
Against: Adam Bruce Rhodes.
1989 Toyota Corona, Registration No. OJ6474.
Against: Christopher John Hudson.
1992 Isuzu Bighorn, Registration No. APC385.
Against: John Tame Maranui.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4132) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
