Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Timaru District Court
on 18 April 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1986 Mitsubishi Delica, Registration No. TP4239.
Against: Grant Walter Eder.
1990 Mazda Familia, Registration No. WA2444.
Against: Darcy Evan Campbell.
1994 Ford Falcon Futura, Registration No. DCM10.
Against: Paul Reginald Laing.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 687 9290) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
