Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Masterton District Court on 7 December 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1989 Ford Fairmont, Registration No. OH7367.
Against: Channel James Tiori.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 370 0230) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
