Pursuant to section 54(2) of the Reserve Bank of
New Zealand Act 1989, the Minister of Finance announces the reappointment of
Dr Arthur Grimes
as a non-executive director on the Reserve Bank of
New Zealand’s Board of Directors for a further term of five years commencing on 13 March 2007.
