In the matter of the Law Practitioners Act 1982
Pursuant to section 95 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on 14 February 2007, the Wellington High Court ordered as follows:
1. That Miss Alice (formerly known as Dr Robert Alexander Moodie) be suspended from practice
of law for a period of three months, to take effect from 14 February 2007.
2. The practitioner is ordered to pay the Crown a fine
of $5000.00.
3. The practitioner is ordered to pay cost on a 2B basis plus disbursements as fixed by the Registrar.
