Pursuant to section 24(1) of the Building Act 2004
("the Act"), I give notice of an amendment to the compliance document for New Zealand Building Code clause G12 Water Supplies ("Compliance Document G12").
The amendment to Compliance Document G12 comes into force on 23 June 2007.
Compliance Document G12 is available for download free of charge from the Department of Building and Housing ("DBH") website at:

I give notice that the material previously incorporated by reference into Compliance Document G12, as set out

The materials incorporated by reference set out above, which relate to plumbing installation, as referred to in section 410(1)(c) of the Act, are available for inspection
free of charge at all DBH offices during working hours.
