Pursuant to section 24(1) of the Building Act 2004
("the Act"), I give notice of an amendment to the compliance document for New Zealand Building Code clause G1 Personal Hygiene ("Compliance Document G1").
The amendment to Compliance Document G1 comes into force on 24 September 2007.
