Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Te Kura Akonga o Manurewa and appoint
Ross Gregory
as commissioner to replace that board.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Te Kura Akonga o Manurewa are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
