Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have appointed
Kay McKelvie
as a member of the Crown Health Financing Agency for
a three-year term of office commencing on 1 March 2007.
This appointment was made by way of written notice to the member (with a copy to the entity) pursuant to section 28(2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
