Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Napier District Court
on 7 March 2007, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1997 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. DST712.
Against: Peter Andrew Christensen.
2005 Suzuki VS1400 motorcycle, Registration No.
25WPC.
Against: Scott Robert Preston.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 974 6032) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
