Pursuant to section 3 of the Land Valuation Proceedings Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
John Patrick Larmer, registered valuer of New Plymouth
as an additional member of the High Court for a term of five years on and from 6 March 2007.
