Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Blenheim District Court
on 23 January 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1981 Datsun Sunny, Registration No. KJ1121.
Against: Lisa Dawn Brydon.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 520 9250) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
