Pursuant to section 28(2)(f) of the Electoral Act 1993,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and on the nomination of members of the Representation Commission who hold appointment under paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (e) of section 28(2) of the Electoral Act 1993, hereby appoints
Bernard John Kendall, of Auckland
to be both a member and the chairperson of the Representation Commission.
