Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 2 March 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1996 Toyota Celica, Registration No. CTD371.
Against: Andrew John Diamond.
1999 Mitsubishi Pajero, Registration No. YK3835.
Against: Ricky Chapman Trounson.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4132) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
