Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 28 February 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1984 Toyota Corolla, Registration No. LI8119.
Against: James Rick Kingan.
1996 Nissan Silvia, Registration No. DPK828.
Against: Daniel John Mainwaring.
1997 Subaru Impreza, Registration No. CNC629.
Against: Trevor John Savage.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4132) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
