Pursuant to section 5(7) of the Antarctic Marine Living Resources Act 1981, the Minister of Fisheries gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Permits Authorising the Taking of Antarctic Marine Living Resources Notice (No. 1) 2007.
(2) This notice shall come into effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Authorisation—(1) I have issued the following persons and/or companies with permits which authorise the taking of Antarctic marine living resources within waters to which the Convention on the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR) applies, subject to certain conditions as detailed in each individual permit.
(2) Each permit is valid for the period detailed in this notice and in the individual permit.
