Notice Stating Where Copies of the Statement of Proposal to Amend Compliance Document

C Fire Safety are Available, and Where Materials Proposed to be Incorporated by Reference into Compliance Document C Fire Safety are Available for Inspection and Purchase
Pursuant to section 29 of the Building Act 2004 (“the Act”), I give notice that Compliance Document C Fire Safety is proposed to be amended.
The Statement of Proposal is available from the national office of the Department of Building and Housing, Level 6, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours
of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
The Statement of Proposal also may be downloaded free of charge from the website
www.dbh.govt.nz
Material proposed to be incorporated by reference
Pursuant to section 409(2)(d) of the Act, I give notice that AS 1530.7:1998 is proposed to be incorporated by reference into Compliance Document C Fire Safety.
I also give notice that the material currently incorporated by reference in Compliance Document C Fire Safety, as set out in the first column below, is proposed to be replaced by the material in the second column:

NZS 4203:1992 AS/NZS 1170.0:2002 AS/NZS 1170.1:2002
Copies of the materials proposed to be incorporated by reference are, until 13 April 2007, available for inspection (free of charge) or purchase at the national office of
the Department of Building and Housing, Level 6,
86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours
of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
