Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Napier District Court
on 22 February 2007, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1985 Toyota Corolla, Registration No. MG8268.
Against: Reginald Victor Inglis.
1990 Nissan Pajero, Registration No. UN4584.
Against: Peter John Gregory.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 974 6032) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
