Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on 15 August 2006,
the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows:
THAT
1. the name of John Andrew Tannahill be restored to the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors.
2. the practitioner pay the sum of $4,550.96 to the
New Zealand Law Society.
