Pursuant to sections 112(1)(a) and 113 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on
8 March 2006, the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows:
THAT
1. the name of Bernie Kum-Onn Chow be struck off the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors.
2. the practitioner pay the sum of $8,000.00 to the
Canterbury District Law Society.
