Pursuant to sections 112(1)(d) and 113 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on
18 October 2006, the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows:
THAT
1. the name of Brian Joseph Fay be struck off the Roll
of Barristers and Solicitors.
2. the practitioner pay the sum of $1,000.00 to the
New Zealand Law Society.
3. the practitioner pay the sum of $1,000.00 to the Canterbury District Law Society.
