Pursuant to section 5(A) of the District Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Geoffrey Alwyn Rea, District Court Judge, of Napier
to be Acting Chief District Court Judge for the periods
8 to 30 March 2007 and 25 June to 3 August 2007.
