Notice is hereby given that Advanced Securities Limited, as mortgagee under mortgage 7017871.5 ("the mortgagee") over the property known as Olivers Restaurant and Lodge located at 28-34 Sunderland Street, Clyde, described in Computer Freehold Registers OT214/255, OT76/230 and OT136/158 (Otago Land Registry) ("the property"), has entered into possession of the property on 5 December 2007.
The registered office of the mortgagee is at 20 Alma Street, Hamilton.
