Notice to Creditors and Other Claimants
Notice is given, pursuant to section 35 of the Trustee
Act 1956, that all creditors and other persons having
claims to which that section applies, in connection with
the estate* listed below, are hereby required to send particulars of their claims to M. F. Khan, Solicitor,
c/o Khan & Associates, PO Box 23492, Papatoetoe, Auckland, on or before 30 September 2007.
Creditors and other claimants are warned that after that
date the estate may be administered or distributed having regard only to the claims of which the trustee has had notice.
Claims due and owing at the date of death should be so certified.
