Notice of Election to Manage Property
Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:
(a) Cornelia Mary Edwards, spinster, of Oamaru, who is presumed dead, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto, and was granted the land on
14 April 1869.
(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.
Schedule
A part of Highcliff Road, Waverley, Dunedin, being an estate in fee simple, part Deeds Index P175, Deeds Register Vol. 46, page 929, also described as Section 10 SO 372980 (Otago Registry).
