Notice is hereby given that Batleys Limited (in liquidation) intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies on the grounds
that the company has ceased to carry on business, all its assets have been realised and all proceeds of realisation distributed, and the final report on the liquidation filed with the Registrar.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days after the date of publication of this notice.
