Public Notice of Intention of Removal From the Register
Pursuant to Sections 320(1) and 320(4) of the Companies Act 1993

ING (NZ) Limited, as sole shareholder of ING Property (NZ) Limited, hereby gives notice, pursuant to sections 320(1) and 320(4) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), that on or after 10 December 2007, it intends to apply, under section 318(1)(d) of the Act, to remove ING Property (NZ) Limited from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that ING Property (NZ) Limited has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 7 December 2007.
